We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Clinical Operations with strong experience in delivering high-quality services in a regulated healthcare environment. ResponsibilitiesClinical & Technical Functions

  • Deliver specialised clinical services in an outpatient setting.
  • Support end-to-end lifecycle of patient cases including assessments, routine evaluations, and follow-ups.
  • Perform in-clinic procedures based on expertise and certification.
  • Document all activities in the EMR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide guidance, education, and consultation to internal teams and stakeholders.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, administrative, and support staff) to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and patient experience.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational policies, privacy regulations, and quality frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, support staff, and leadership teams.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary discussions and contribute to decision-making.
  • Support knowledge-sharing and best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree from a recognised institution in a healthcare-related field.
  • Active professional certification/licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong experience in a clinical, healthcare, or regulated operations environment.
  • Proficient in EMR or similar digital record systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outpatient or ambulatory services.
  • Ability to perform specialized in-clinic procedures based on training and certification.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards, privacy compliance, and quality frameworks.
  • Strong relationship-building skills in multicultural or community-serving environments.
