Senior Specialist – Clinical Operations

We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Clinical Operations with strong experience in delivering high-quality services in a regulated healthcare environment. This role involves providing advanced clinical support, performing specialized procedures, and working cross-functionally with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient, patient-centered operations.

ResponsibilitiesClinical & Technical Functions
- Deliver specialised clinical services in an outpatient setting.
- Support end-to-end lifecycle of patient cases including assessments, routine evaluations, and follow-ups.
- Perform in-clinic procedures based on expertise and certification.
- Document all activities in the EMR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance, education, and consultation to internal teams and stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, administrative, and support staff) to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and patient experience.
- Ensure alignment with organizational policies, privacy regulations, and quality frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, support staff, and leadership teams.
- Participate in interdisciplinary discussions and contribute to decision-making.
- Support knowledge-sharing and best practices across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a recognised institution in a healthcare-related field.
- Active professional certification/licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong experience in a clinical, healthcare, or regulated operations environment.
- Proficient in EMR or similar digital record systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient or ambulatory services.
- Ability to perform specialized in-clinic procedures based on training and certification.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, privacy compliance, and quality frameworks.
- Strong relationship-building skills in multicultural or community-serving environments.
