Your Opportunity:

As a Hub Site Coordinator, will provide comprehensive administrative and logistic support to our healthcare professionals in a team setting.

The Hamilton Family Health Team (HFHT) is seeking a full-time Hub Site Coordinator 1.0 FTE.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HFHT Hub site/office,

· Managing administrative tasks; overseeing the overall flow of the office environment

· Booking patient appointments, greeting patients, and answering the HFHT phone line

· Liaising with patients and families in a professional and compassionate manner while maintaining privacy and confidentiality

· Maintaining patient records by obtaining, recording, and updating personal information

· Scanning and faxing patient information and consultation reports

· Liaising with practice–based primary care teams

· Overseeing and monitoring room bookings and scheduling

· Other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BA or diploma in Medical Office Administration or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work well in a team environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and initiative
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize while working within a busy environment
  • Experience with EMR (Practice Solutions Suite) an asset
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting an asset

Salary: $49,400 - $59,300
