Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Training Coordinator to play a pivotal role in enhancing dealership performance, ensuring compliance with training standards, and improving customer satisfaction through effective coordination and communication within a leading Motor vehicle manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between dealerships to ensure training processes and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain regular contact with dealership personnel to assess needs and support training initiatives.
  • Manage course scheduling, enrollment, and instructor coordination through the Centre of Learning platform.
  • Respond to inquiries via 800 lines and email regarding training programs, guidelines, and substitutions/cancellations.
  • Monitor and report on Minimum Training Standards (MTS) compliance using the Centre of Learning and various reporting tools.
  • Finalize course rosters, send invitations, and ensure accurate attendance tracking and grading.
  • Support internal enrollments for TAC, OEC, Field Service Engineers, and Brand Quality Managers.

Day to Day


•
Handle independent tasks, including responding to emails and phone calls from dealers to coordinate technician scheduling


• Support training scheduling for approximately 4,500 factory-trained technicians


• Participate in recurring meetings related to scheduling and training processes


• Responsible for organizing training sessions

Required Skills & Experience


• Must be Bilingual in English and French – reading, writing, and speaking


•Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer service and scheduling
