Sales Manager, Mid-Market

This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing Mid-Market sales team targeting companies with 101–1,000 employees. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and developing a team of Account Executives, and shaping go-to-market strategies that balance high-value and high-velocity deals. This position requires hands-on leadership, operational insight, and the ability to foster a collaborative, results-driven culture. You will partner with marketing, revenue operations, and other stakeholders to optimize pipeline generation and accelerate deal flow. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, enjoys mentoring sales talent, and has a strong track record in scaling SaaS sales teams.
Accountabilities:- Lead and manage a Mid-Market sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Provide consistent coaching and mentorship to enable reps to achieve their full potential
- Hire and onboard new sales talent in line with market demand and growth objectives
- Collaborate with marketing to drive pipeline generation and strategic initiatives
- Support the team on key deals, including building executive relationships with clients
- Implement operational improvements to accelerate deal flow and refine sales processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the product and market, providing guidance and advice to the team and clients
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate successes
- Proven experience managing SaaS sales teams in a growth-stage company
- Demonstrated track record of driving $7M /year in ARR contribution
- Strong experience hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing sales reps
- Skilled coach and mentor with the ability to identify skill gaps and deliver actionable guidance
- Comfortable engaging with clients at executive levels without undermining team ownership
- Operationally minded, with experience refining processes and tools in collaboration with Revenue Ops
- Deep understanding of sales strategy, deal structuring, and the SaaS sales lifecycle
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience as a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive
- Experience selling complex platform solutions to Talent or People leaders
