Ramsay Health Care is seeking a commercially astute and strategic Leasing Manager to lead and professionalise the management of property leases across our extensive hospital portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new function within one of Australia's most respected private healthcare providers.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the Leasing Manager will oversee the negotiation, recommendation, and completion of leasing contracts across Ramsay's national network of hospitals.

You'll play a key role in ensuring all leases – existing and new – are executed with due consideration of cost, risk, business continuity, and alignment with Ramsay's strategic priorities. You'll also lead the implementation of a new lease management system, bringing expert advice, commercial insight, and strong governance to optimise outcomes for the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and manage lease negotiations, reviews, and renewals to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
  • Provide expert leasing advice across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
  • Establish and manage Ramsay's new lease management system and processes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hospital leadership, finance, and legal teams.
  • Partner with external property professionals and agencies to deliver high-quality leasing outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and proactively manage key lease events and opportunities.

What you'll bring

You're an experienced property professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have a sharp commercial mind, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to driving best practice.

You will also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience negotiating and managing commercial and/or retail property leases.
  • Strong financial and market analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and risk management.
