Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant located in Calgary, AB. The Dental Assistant will support orthodontic treatment by preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, taking dental x-rays, and maintaining dental records. Responsibilities will also include assisting the orthodontist during procedures, providing oral care and instructions to patients, and ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care
  • Proficiency in Sterilization practices and Dental Assisting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Relevant certification or diploma in dental assisting
  • Experience in an orthodontic setting is a plus
