Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Richmond Hill, ON. Duties include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market research, preparing property listings, organizing and attending showings, and maintaining constant communication with clients to understand and meet their needs. The role requires working closely with the team to develop sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the real estate transactions.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of real estate regulations
  • Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Strong Sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Richmond Hill, ON, and provide personalized client support
  • Proficiency in using real estate tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment
  • Bilingual skills are an asset
  • Familiarity with the local market is highly advantageous
