Are you an experienced Junior Accountant with a understanding of the construction industry? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Junior Accountant. As a leading real estate development company, we are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to handle crucial accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

· Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment and recording of invoices and receipts.

· Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

· Maintain organized filing systems for supporting documents, both in hard copy and electronic formats, following company policies and safeguarding confidentiality.

· Take charge of inventory management, including purchase tracking, sales records, and stock reconciliation.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and vendors to gather financial information and address inquiries efficiently.

· Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications:

· 2-year College diploma in accounting or a related field.

· Previous experience as a junior accountant in the construction industry is an asset.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Premier) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage high transaction volumes and documentation.

· Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for seamless collaboration with stakeholders.

· Experience with inventory management.
