HR Generalist

Working in close collaboration with the HR Manager, Program Managers, Talent Acquisition, and Finance Department. The HR Generalist will maintain employee records, enforce company policies and practices, facilitate the orientation and onboarding/offboarding of all employees. The HR Generalist will provide administrative support to all employees and contractors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer benefit plans.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding/offboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Research labor Laws in states ELYON operates in.
- Assist with preparation and submittal of government compliance reports.
- Assist the HR Manager with Annual Reporting.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Assist the HR Manager with these HR functions:
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Benefit PLAN Administration:
Facilitates the annual benefit open enrollment process for the assigned company.
Assists with the enrollment of new employees into established benefit plans, provides benefit orientation with new employees, and assists employees with benefit-related questions.
Talent Acquisition
Support current Talent Acquisition team, recruiting for staff requirements for ELYON customers as needed.
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
Benefits:
Commission (10% of gross margin on net profit from each candidate placed. Commission will be reduced from 10% to 5% when a candidate is placed on a managed program for which commission is also received by PMS.)
