  • Manage front desk staff scheduling and various administrative tasks, meeting reporting deadlines throughout the month and year.
  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude and be committed to providing exceptional guest care through use of initiative and empowered decision.
  • Check guests in and out in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring the accuracy of all information and billing.
  • Handle cash transactions, make change, and balance an assigned house bank.
  • Post charges to guest rooms and house accounts using the hotel's computer system.
  • Carry out all Guest Services and cashiering duties achieving accuracy and logical work sequence.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints, conducting thorough investigations to develop effective solutions and negotiate outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to manage room availability, contributing to the smooth operation of the property and guest satisfaction.
  • Be attentive to guest needs, ensuring special requests are addressed or forwarded to the appropriate department with documentation and follow-up as necessary to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in the sales process both outbound and inbound
  • Oversee the seamless execution of group events, managing room blocks, meeting room, audiovisual requirements, and other event-related services.
  • Handle individual and group reservations, including room blocks, with skill and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
