Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Canvasser Team Lead to join our dynamic construction company. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of canvassers, guiding and motivating them to engage effectively with the community to promote our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for connecting with people. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective outreach to diverse populations. As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring the success of your canvassing team.

Duties

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of canvassers to achieve daily and weekly outreach goals
  • Oversee canvassing operations in assigned neighborhoods and public spaces
  • Conduct product/service demos and ensure team members do so effectively
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Distribute materials and answer questions alongside team members when needed
  • Collect insights from the field to inform marketing and outreach strategies
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude, setting the standard for the team
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and safety guidelines
  • Utilize strong communication and leadership skills to handle inquiries and mentor team members

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or team leadership is preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team in outdoor settings
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for engaging diverse communities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and build rapport with team members
  • Reliable transportation preferred, depending on assigned territory
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with people and representing our brand professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$28.89 per hour
