Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Edmonton, AB, with some flexibility for remote work. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales within their assigned territory by cultivating relationships with new and existing clients. The role involves meeting sales targets, building business relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored flooring solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and representing the company at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Business Development expertise
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and product solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a results-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the flooring industry or a similar field is a strong plus
