We're seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our team in Port Alberni.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Develop and maintain a well-organized filing system for quick and efficient information retrieval.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Create templates and standardized documents to support operational consistency.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Enter data accurately into multiple systems and spreadsheets, maintaining precision under tight deadlines.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Support special projects and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and organizational standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 2–3 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience in aviation or manufacturing (an asset).
