Job Overview

Napa Auto Parts, Ingersoll is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes within our store, ensuring that all products are accurately received and put away on time. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse/store operations and a strong understanding of shipping/receiving process.

Duties

  • Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against packing slips and inspecting for damage.
  • Perform order picking tasks accurately to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency within the warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve shipping/receiving processes.
  • Conduct basic math calculations to ensure accurate inventory counts and order processing.
  • Completing regular inventory cycle counts.
  • Computer skills required

Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse/store setting is preferred, with a focus on shipping & receiving operations.
  • Strong skills in receiving, order picking, inventory control, and basic math are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
