Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Broker located in Laval, QC, with some flexibility for working from home. The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in finding suitable mortgage products, providing debt consolidation advice, and offering personalized mortgage marketing strategies. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, analyzing financial information, liaising with financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Mortgage Brokerage and Brokerage practices
  • Skills in Debt Consolidation and Finance
  • Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in mortgage brokerage
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus
