Aperçu du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Administrateur(trice) des Opérations pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique, contribuer au succès et assurer le bon fonctionnement du Centre de Distribution. Ce poste aidera à organiser les principales réalisations et joue un rôle essentiel dans le maintien de l'efficacité du centre.
Responsabilités:
- Servir de principal point de contact administratif pour le centre de distribution.
- Coordonner, gérer les ressources et organiser les activités du site (y compris les visiteurs, les employés temporaires et les fournisseurs).
- Veiller au respect et au maintien des exigences en matière de sécurité du site et des autorités locales.
- Soutenir l'équipe de direction dans la collecte et la présentation des données clés de performance.
- Mettre en œuvre des améliorations dans l'entrepôt et diriger des projets visant à renforcer la sécurité, améliorer l'efficacité, réduire les coûts et accroître la qualité.
- Maintenir et développer des relations positives avec tous les fournisseurs, la société de gestion immobilière et les employés internes.
- Préparer, communiquer et présenter les chartes de projet à la direction et aux équipes de l'entrepôt.
- Coordonner l'entretien des installations et des équipements, les travaux de construction, les agrandissements et les besoins en location.
- Organiser la certification et la formation des employés (certification marchandises dangereuses, chariot élévateur, etc.) conformément aux exigences et règles de Fisher & Paykel.
- Apporter un soutien aux autres équipes selon les besoins pour la coordination des formations, le lancement d'initiatives de l'entreprise, l'organisation d'événements, etc. (incluant les départements Qualité, RH et TIC).
- Fournir un soutien administratif général, y compris la gestion budgétaire, la négociation des achats et la documentation pour les installations du centre de distribution.
Formation et expérience requises:
- 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de soutien administratif.
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience avec des logiciels tels qu'Illustrator, InDesign et Photoshop.
- Expérience en gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs.
- Souci du détail.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Bilingue (français et anglais).
- Une expérience avec les principes et la méthodologie d'amélioration continue est fortement souhaitée.

Job Overview
We are seeking an Operations Administrator to be part of a dynamic team, driving success and ensuring the smooth operations of the Distribution Center. This role will help organize key achievements and plays a vital role in keeping the facility running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary administrative contact for the DC.
- Coordinate, resource, and route site activities (including visitors, temporary employees, and vendors).
- Ensure site security and local-governing authority requirements are met and maintained.
- Support the leadership team in gathering and reporting key metric data.
- Deliver improvements in the warehouse and lead projects to drive safety enhancements, efficiency improvements, cost savings, and quality advances.
- Maintain and build positive relationships with all vendors, property management company, and internal employees.
- Prepare, communicate, and present project charters to leadership and warehouse teams.
- Coordinate facilities and equipment maintenance, construction, expansions, and leasing needs.
- Coordinate employee certification and training (dangerous goods certification, forklift, etc.) in accordance with Fisher & Paykel requirements and business rules.
- Support other teams as necessary with coordinating training, launching company initiatives, planning company event, etc., (includes Quality Department, HR, and ICT).
- Provide general administrative support, including budgeting, procurement negotiation, and documentation for the DC facility.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in an Administrative support role.
- 1-2 years' experience using software packages (Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop).
- Supplier relationship management experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Experience with Continuous Improvement principles and methodology is strongly preferred.
