Overview

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation quality
  • Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
  • Restock supplies and ensure all areas are organized for smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality is preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with serving or barista duties is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends if needed
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality service
  • Smart Serve Certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 44 per week
