The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven, early-career recruiter or account manager with up to 5 years of experience running a full desk in the commercial or civil construction industry.

  • In Ontario or BC, your focus could be Commercial or Civil Construction.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for construction roles, including:

  • Business Development: Building and maintaining relationships with construction industry clients in your region.
  • Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for skilled and leadership roles in Commercial and/or Civil Construction.
  • Account Management: Managing client accounts end-to-end, ensuring exceptional service delivery and repeat business.
  • Market Insight: Tracking industry trends, upcoming projects, and talent availability to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Alquemy's national construction team and leadership to leverage shared resources and market intelligence.
