Job Overview

ANDI Eco-Cleaner offers commercial cleaning services in Airdrie, Calgary, and Crossfield. We are seeking a detail-oriented, dedicated, and trustworthy individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Duties

Your main duties will include cleaning common areas such as entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, kitchens, and washrooms; while ensuring supplies are stocked.

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming in designated areas.
  • Wiping down surfaces, and remove garbage.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service while on-site.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  • Report any issues, such as maintenance, stock shortages, or safety hazards to your cleaning supervisor, and log them promptly in the provided logbook.

Experience/Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
  • Prior experience is preferred but not required. Onsite training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipments, and safety procedures is an asset.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
  • Ability to safely manage physical aspects of the role, including navigating stairs while handling equipment like mop buckets and backpack vacuum cleaners.
