Job Summary

Join :AM CLEANING YYC, Calgary's eco-luxury cleaning brand, as our Market Booth Sales Associate at the Spruce Meadows International Christmas Market

We're looking for an energetic, sales-minded individual who loves connecting with people, driving sales, and creating a memorable shopping experience. You'll be the face of our brand — sharing the story behind our locally made, sustainable cleaning line and helping customers find products they'll love.

If you thrive in fast-paced retail settings, enjoy talking about great products, and love the festive market atmosphere — this is the perfect seasonal role

What You'll Do

  • Engage shoppers proactively — initiate conversations, highlight key products, and guide them toward a purchase
  • Close sales confidently and process transactions (cash, debit, card, and mobile payments)
  • Upsell and recommend bundles or refills to boost overall sales
  • Keep the booth well-stocked, organized, and visually inviting
  • Assist with inventory tracking and simple end-of-day reports
  • Help with booth setup and restocking each weekend/ day
  • Represent :AM CLEANING YYC with energy, professionalism, and pride

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing, persuasive, and customer-focused personality
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable selling and meeting daily sales goals
  • Previous retail, sales, or market experience strongly preferred
  • Able to lift and move light boxes (restocking)
  • Must have reliable transportation to Spruce Meadows (SW Calgary)

Market Dates & Hours

You must be available for the Spruce Meadows International Christmas Market on:

  • November 14–16, 2025
  • November 21–23, 2025
  • November 28–30, 2025

Market Hours:

  • Fridays: 11 AM – 8 PM
  • Saturdays: 10 AM – 7 PM
  • Sundays: 10 AM – 6 PM

(Some setup/teardown time before and after market hours may be required.)
