We're a busy, fast-paced family-run Mexican restaurant known for authentic street-style food — tacos, huaraches, gorditas, alambres, and more. We're looking for a dependable and motivated cook to join our close-knit team.

Join our team as a cook and showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are looking for part-time to full-time cooks. We pool our tips at Mestizo, and we like to include the cooks

What You'll Do:

  • Cook and prepare dishes according to house recipes and quality standards
  • Cashier duties
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • Work efficiently during rush periods without sacrificing quality
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Support your team wherever needed
