Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for taste and presentation.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests
  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Maintain equipment and utensils in good working condition

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
