Partner Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the partner focused marketing strategy. You are a builder who works well with autonomy and enjoys collaborating across multiple departments across the business. You will be working closely with Marketing, Data and Analytics, Product, and our account team to support the success of our partners. You will be responsible for identifying optimization opportunities to drive revenue growth and product penetration. This is a growth-oriented role that encompasses strategy, establishing best practices, project management, and execution.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for:
•Own and manage a portfolio of airline and hotel loyalty partners within the Americas region, serving as their strategic marketing lead and trusted advisor.
•Build and execute integrated marketing plans that align with partner goals, drive business growth, and showcase the full value of Points' product suite.
•Present marketing strategies, performance results, and insights to senior stakeholders—both internally and within partner organizations.
•Collaborate with internal teams to leverage advanced data segmentation, personalization, and targeting capabilities to inform your strategies and optimize results.
•Work closely with our Creative and Media teams to craft compelling messaging and campaigns that exceed performance expectations.
•Continuously identify new opportunities to innovate, expand partner engagement, and test data-led marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact.
•Be a thought leader and champion of growth, bringing fresh ideas, bold thinking, and a collaborative mindset to the team.
•Identifying, creating, testing and implementing opportunities to increase engagement and drive KPIs
•Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement
•Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, including campaign management, data analytics, and marketing automation
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Passion for designing processes that scale
• Familiarity with reporting on performance dashboards and developing key insights
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• A self-starter approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives
