Cherubini Bridges and Structures, a member of the Cherubini Group of Companies, is searching for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
Cherubini specializes in the fabrication of large-scale bridge and custom heavy steel structures across Canada and the United States. Our team takes pride in safety, quality, and precision- producing complex steel components that form the backbone of major infrastructure projects.
Summary
For more than 50 years, Cherubini has provided custom steel solutions to clients around the world. We specialize in a full range of bridge structures, structural steel, offshore structures, and miscellaneous steel. Cherubini is proud to provide a full range of project services from fabrication, to metalizing, to transportation, and erection.
The Marketing Manager supports Cherubini's growth across Canada and the U.S. by managing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and help position us to win work. This is a hands-on role that blends marketing strategy, content development, and cross-department coordination- working closely with business development, estimating, and project management to ensure Cherubini's expertise and value are consistently represented in every proposal and presentation.

Success in this role will be measured by the consistency and quality of marketing outputs, the effectiveness of sales and proposal materials, and the ability to support business development as Cherubini expands into new markets.
Responsibilities
1.) Marketing & Communications
- Manage the overall marketing and sales strategy and lead its execution across multiple markets in Canada and the U.S.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear marketing plans that build brand visibility and support business development goals.
- Manage Cherubini's LinkedIn company page and coordinate leadership visibility to strengthen reputation and reach.
- Develop and maintain project overview templates, proposals, and client-facing content to ensure credibility and consistency.
- Create and manage marketing collateral tailored for different markets, products, and project types.
- Coordinate photography, video shoots, and visual assets that highlight Cherubini's work, people, and facilities.
- Support conference and event preparation, including booth materials, logistics, presentations, and follow-up content.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to deliver creative materials and digital assets on time and on brand.
2.) Sales & Proposal Preparation and Delivery
- Work closely with the Business Development and Estimating teams to prepare high-quality proposals and prequalification packages
- Ensure marketing and proposal materials align with client requirements, safety and quality standards, and Cherubini's brand positioning.
- Partner with internal departments to gather technical details, certifications, and visuals that strengthen proposal content.
- Support the development of sales presentations and multi-language materials that clearly communicate Cherubini's value.
- Help position the company competitively in new markets by tailoring messaging and proposal materials to each opportunity.
- Develop and maintain list of companies we are bidding for individual RFQs and develop list of competitors for individual RFQs.
3.) Digital Presence & Reporting
- Support updates and ongoing development of the company website, coordinating with external partners as needed.
- Ensure all digital content reflects Cherubini's expertise, safety record, and leadership in the industry.
- Track and report on the performance of digital and event activities, providing insights to guide future investment.
- Maintain a content calendar for proactive and consistent marketing execution.
4.) Key Customers Served
- Clients, Owners, Fabricators, and General Contractors.
- Internal teams: Estimators, Project Managers, Division/Area Managers, Payroll, Purchasing, IT, and Support Services.
- Vendors, Suppliers, and Agency Partners.
- Field and Site Staff.
Qualifications & Attributes
1.) Education & Experience
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in a marketing role within construction, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe tools, and presentation software.
