Brooklin Veterinary Hospital is a small animal clinic located in Brooklin Ontario we are seeking an experienced part-time veterinary receptionist to join our team We offer exceptionally high level of service to our clients and best veterinary care for their furry friends. Duties will include providing superior client service, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, invoicing, and assisting in animal care as required. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills, be flexible with hours, and be able to work evenings and weekends. Previous experience working in a veterinary hospital setting and with Avimark software is a definite asset. If you are interested in joining our team, please submit a resume. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Evening and Weekend

Shifts: 2-3 evening shifts per week, plus Saturdays. Approximately 20-24 hours/week total

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional client service in person and over the phone
  • Scheduling appointments and managing client communications
  • Invoicing and processing payments
  • Assisting with animal care as needed

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in a veterinary hospital setting is required
  • Experience with Avimark software is a strong asset

Position Details:

  • Part-time, permanent position
  • 2–3 evening shifts per week plus Saturdays
  • Approximately 20–24 hours per week
  • Salary commensurate with experience
