Brooklin Veterinary Hospital is a small animal clinic located in Brooklin, Ontario. We are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptionally high level of client service while providing outstanding veterinary care for our patients.
Position Overview
This is a permanent, part-time position averaging approximately 20-27 hours per week, including evening and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior client service in person and over the phone
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Process invoices and payments
- Assist with basic animal care duties as required
- Support the veterinary team in maintaining smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a veterinary hospital or clinic (required)
- Experience with Avimark software is a strong asset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Schedule
- Approximately 20-27 hours per week
- Saturdays required
- Weekends as needed
