TAMASHA is finally here in the heart of Kitchener Downtown. We aim to provide an elevated experience through our unique fusion Indian cuisine, extraordinary cocktails, and the liveliest Bollywood-themed events.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Front-of-House (FOH) team members across various positions:

* Servers

* Food Runners

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional dining and drinking experiences for our guests by providing top-notch service and anticipating guest needs.

* Build genuine connections with every interaction, enhancing guest experiences through engaging and meaningful conversations.

* Use your problem-solving skills and teamwork to address challenges swiftly and effectively.

* Show your enthusiasm for our menu by sharing your knowledge of our food and drinks with guests.

* Adapt and respond to the dynamic needs of our guests and team with your superb organizational skills.

What We Look For:

* Minimum 2 year of experience in a restaurant or bar environment.

* A true passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing fun, team-oriented, and inclusive service.

* Eagerness to receive feedback, coaching, and mentorship to continually improve your skills.

* Ability to legally work in Canada.

Job Details:

* Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

* Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

* Pay: $17.20 per hour, plus tips

Schedule:

* Shifts may include: 8-hour shifts, evening shifts, holidays, Monday to Friday, overtime, and weekends as necessary.

Experience Required:

* Minimum of 3 year in the applied position (required).

Licences/Certifications:

* Smart Serve Certification (required).

Work Location:

* In person at TAMASHA: BAR AND KITCHEN, Kitchener.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$17.70 per hour
