Nuovo Surfaces, a leader in premium porcelain stoneware and surface solutions, is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for design, architecture, and high-end materials - and the skills to build lasting client relationships - this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the flooring and surfaces industry.
- Manage and grow relationships with designers, architects, contractors, and distributors.
- Present Nuovo Surfaces' innovative product lines to potential clients through showroom visits, presentations, and site meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute growth strategies.
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the flooring, tile, or surfaces industry.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and design trends, with a keen eye for premium materials.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
