Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright in our Tillsonburg, Ontario Cold Stamping Facility. The Millwright/Mechanic is responsible for supporting production. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a stamping environment, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Starting Wage $43.93

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance support to all areas of production ensuring both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe and efficient manner 
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose equipment failures routine and non-routine 
  • Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures 
  • Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems with regards to hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs 
  • Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Stamping equipment i.e. feed line systems experience is an asset 
  • 3-5 years manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery 
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons) 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)
