RHN CPA is looking for a positive, detail-oriented Tax Time Administrator for a 3-month tax time contract. This position provides key support by delivering reception and customer service, along with providing backup assistance to the administrative team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting clients
  • Providing backup to reception including offering support for incoming phone calls
  • Tracking, scanning client documents
  • Collating personal tax documents and binders, both electronically and physically
  • Printing and producing electronic and/or hardcopy packages for clients and governmental reporting bodies
  • Archiving documents in the electronic document management system
  • Finalizing and archiving completed files and documents
  • Managing own workload and deadlines

What we are looking for: 

  • Prior administrative experience within a professional environment is considered an asset
  • A people person who can also work independently
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High adaptability to new software technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Great opportunity for anyone looking for office setting experience
  • Salary range: $20-$26 per hour
