John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC is looking for a reliable and customer friendly part-time Receptionist for our New Hamburg dealership. This position will work Monday to Thursday 4pm to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, answering the phones and completing basic administrative tasks.

Pay: $17.60 per hour (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Answering a multi-line switchboard.
  • Greeting customers in a polite manner as they enter the building and directing them to the proper areas of the dealership.
  • Assisting Sales Managers and sales staff with basic office administration.
  • Making sure office equipment is running properly (copiers have toner and paper).
  • Closing out of Moneris VISA machines at the end of your shift.
  • Sorting and filing service repair orders and Parts customer invoices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant receptionist/administrative experience
  • Strong customer service skills
