Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Crew Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various home service tasks such as gutter cleaning, gutter guard installation, power washing, window cleaning, fall cleanups, and basic painting. This role requires someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable working outdoors, and is committed to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean gutters and install gutter guards safely and efficiently.
  • Perform power washing services for residential and commercial properties.
  • Clean interior and exterior windows, ensuring streak-free results.
  • Assist with fall cleanups, including leaf and debris removal.
  • Complete basic painting tasks for various projects.
  • Safely operate and maintain all necessary equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while working at heights or handling chemicals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in home services (gutter cleaning, power washing, window cleaning, or painting) is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work on ladders comfortably.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
