About Us:

We are an active real estate investment group focused on acquiring and repositioning high quality income-producing assets across Canada. With a proven track record in hospitality and mixed-use real estate, we are now expanding into apartment acquisitions - targeting 1,000+ units within the next 12 months.

We're looking for a driven, experienced, and entrepreneurial professional to build and lead our new Multifamily Acquisitions Division from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a business vertical with full autonomy and executive support.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Multifamily Acquisitions, you will:

  • Source, evaluate, and execute multifamily apartment acquisitions (no development - only acquisition and repositioning).
  • Build and manage the full acquisition pipeline - from deal sourcing to underwriting, due diligence, financing, and closing.
  • Negotiate LOIs, purchase agreements, and financing structures with lenders, brokers, and sellers.
  • Oversee financial modeling, property valuation, and investment memorandums.
  • Leverage lending knowledge and CMHC-insured financing programs to optimize capital structure and maximize returns.
  • Work directly with ownership to set acquisition strategy, growth targets, and execution timelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in multifamily acquisitions, real estate investment, or brokerage.
  • Deep understanding of Canadian multifamily lending, CMHC financing, and conventional debt structures.
  • Strong network within the real estate and lending community (brokers, appraisers, lenders, etc.).
  • Proven track record of closing apartment acquisitions and managing the full transaction lifecycle.
  • Strong financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
