We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating clear, concise, and effective communication between our clients and their target audiences. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that messaging is aligned with client goals and executed seamlessly across various communication platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications for clients
  • Manage and maintain communication channels between clients and their customers
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand presence
  • Draft, proofread, and edit content for press releases, emails, and other communication materials
  • Coordinate communication efforts across departments to ensure consistency
  • Analyze communication strategies and suggest improvements
  • Provide customer service support as needed, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
Qualifications

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus
