We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who is energized by performance marketing and excited to leverage AI and automation to elevate digital advertising execution and impact. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed—while shaping the future of AI for local economies.

Your Impact:

As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll work with the Paid Media Services team and cross-functional collaborators in AI R&D, Product, and Digital Ads to:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram using AI-enhanced workflows and tools such as MatchCraft.
  • Utilize AI tools for forecasting, targeting, bid optimization, and campaign recommendations—while executing A/B testing based on machine-generated insights.
  • Develop and refine AI prompts, operate within automated workflows, and contribute to responsible AI model training initiatives to improve advertising outcomes.
  • Translate campaign data into visual, actionable insights and generate performance-aligned ad creative and copy using AI tools.
  • Collaborate across teams to deploy scalable AI advertising solutions and document AI best practices for continuous learning and improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • You bring 2+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, along with a solid understanding of campaign structures, targeting, bidding, and ad-serving technologies.
  • You have a working knowledge of conversion tracking tools like Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel, and you're comfortable analyzing performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and quality score.
  • You're proficient with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, ) and experienced in executing AI-driven workflows for ad optimization. You're a clear communicator who can interpret campaign results, articulate AI-driven insights, and work collaboratively in a cross-functional, agile environment.
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, exposure to AI analytics tools (e.g., Adzooma, Opteo), and a basic understanding of HTML, UTM parameters, and prompt engineering.
