Jimoco Cafe and Pasta in Port Coquitlam specializing in casual Italian cuisine with a Korean twist, is seeking a Part-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Port Coquitlam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in receiving and storing food supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Available to work ~20 hours
  • Good knife skills.
  • +2 years of experience as a line cook
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
