Our Training Site at Store #54 in Victoria, BC currently has an opportunity for:
Central Trainer
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Performing established Training Program, involving Cash/Terminal Training for new hire employees
- Providing formal feedback for students and communicating the same with stores
- Performing Management Terminal Training, POS training, and training in any other applications as required
- Providing input into the upgrading of training program contents as necessary
- Providing input into the creation and maintenance of store procedure manuals
- Attending Central Trainers Meetings
- Attending additional training as necessary
- Comfortable presenting to small to medium-sized groups (typically 10-12 people)
- Ability to relate to all levels of personnel within the Company (stores and Head Office)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional conduct and attitude
- Self-confidence and enthusiasm
- Patience for students having varying learning methods
- Good leadership and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Thorough knowledge of store operational procedures
- Well versed in using Microsoft applications like Excel and Outlook
- Thorough knowledge of the P.O.S. system procedures
- Minimum 12 months tenure with the Company
- The successful candidate should have a holistic understanding of the store (Eg. Service Specialist or SPC)
- Available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday
