Who We Work With

Our client base includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal (MSK) patients, ICBC/WorkSafe clients, concussion and vestibular patients, and more. We treat a broad range of conditions with a focus on integrated, holistic care.

About the Position

We're looking for a skilled and friendly Physiotherapist passionate about delivering exceptional MSK care, with the option to bring specialties such as concussion, vestibular, pelvic health, or pilates. The ideal candidate will embrace our values of Service, Community, and Empowerment, and be eager to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans focused on MSK conditions (required), with the option to treat other specialties
  • Treat ICBC and WorkSafeBC clients (a bonus but not required)
  • Collaborate with our rehab team (chiropractors, kinesiologists, RMTs, and trainers) for integrated client care
  • Maintain accurate clinical records using Jane App (training provided)
  • Contribute to a welcoming, engaging, and values-driven clinic environment
  • Work a flexible schedule with a preferred mix of morning and evening shifts (evening work expected)

What You Bring

  • Eligibility to practice in Canada, holding or working towards licensure with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
  • For internationally trained candidates, successful completion of the PCE administered by CAPR is required or in progress
  • Friendly, people-oriented, and aligned with Wildewood's core values of Service, Community, and Empowerment
  • Ability and willingness to treat MSK cases (specialty expertise a bonus)
  • New grads are welcome; licensing can be obtained post-hiring
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable using Jane App (training provided)
  • Flexible with shift scheduling including evening hours

Compensation & Benefits

  • Contractor split: 25:75
  • Employee hourly rate: To be discussed
  • Benefits available for employees (contractors are not eligible)
