Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscaper/Hardscaper to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of landscape/hardscape and construction-related tasks, requiring technical expertise and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction, landscaping, hardscaping and the use of various tools and equipment. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from site preparation to installation and restoration, contributing to high-quality outdoor environments.

What we need?

  • Landscape construction installation experience that includes installing walkways, patios, driveways & retaining walls.
  • An understanding of hardscape materials and their installation practices.
  • General knowledge of landscaping practices, such as softscape installation, pruning, soil work and clean ups.
  • Experience operating machinery is an asset. A minimum G license and comfortable driving large vehicles is also an asset.
  • Ability to work long hours, starting at 7am from Monday - Friday, occasional weekend work.

Experience

  • Proven experience in landscaping or construction environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is advantageous
  • Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation such as excavators or loaders is a plus
  • Skills in masonry, concrete finishing, tile laying, electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry are highly desirable
  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently

This role requires a motivated individual capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical skills across multiple trades and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Must be able to meet the physical demand of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
