The Responsibili**

Service Coordination & Cost Ove**

  • rsightOrganize and oversee all service-related activities across active job
  • sites.Maintain thorough cost records for labor, materials, and equipment
  • usage.Implement systems to track expenditure and provide cost analysis re
  • ports.Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to support timely service del

Site Monitoring & Re**

  • portingConduct routine visits to assess construction progress and workm
  • anship.Capture and document site updates using written summaries and photo
  • graphy.Prepare reports that clearly communicate status and perfo
  • rmance.Review work to ensure compliance with plans, timelines, and safety requir

Scheduling & Project**

  • PlanningBuild and manage detailed project schedules using industry-standar
  • d tools.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align mil

Education &**

  • ExperienceA degree in project or construction management or a related discipline is
