Who We Are
Horizon Cosmetic & Vein and Horizon Joint & Wellness are collaborative, patient-focused clinics located within the same building. Together, we provide a full spectrum of medical aesthetics, cosmetic procedures, vein treatments, chiropratctic, rehab, regenerative medicine, and health & wellness services.
Our goal is to ensure every patient feels supported, cared for, and confident in their treatment plan — whether they're here for skincare, vein care, or wellness and joint health.

Responsibilities
- Float between Horizon Cosmetic & Vein and Horizon Joint & Wellness based on daily needs
- Assist with cleaning and resetting rooms to maintain a professional, hygienic environment
- Set up rooms for procedures, preparing supplies and equipment as directed
- Support the doctor and practitioners during appointments as needed
- Ensure smooth patient flow by filling rooms, escorting patients, and keeping schedules on track
- Contact patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and schedule adjustments
- Help the front desk with administrative tasks such as booking, messaging, scanning, and payment support
- Maintain accurate patient information within our EMR (Jane App + Med Access)
- Assist with general clinic upkeep and organization
- Contribute to clear communication between both clinics throughout the day
- Provide warm, professional, patient-centered service at all times
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy medical environment
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail
- Strong administrative skills including scheduling, payment processing, and general office tasks
- Experience working in a medical, wellness, medical aesthetics, physiotherapy, or chiropractic setting is an asset
- Experience with Jane App or similar EMR systems is preferred
- A desire to learn, grow, and adapt to both clinic environments
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Comfort working between two clinics and managing different patient needs

Schedule
