We're hiring a Customs Release Technician for our Vehicles department—an excellent communicator with strong customer service skills, and attention to detail.

Overview:

Responsible for ensuring compliant vehicle import/export into the U.S. and Canada by working with clients, customs authorities, and internal teams. This role involves regulatory review, document processing, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess vehicle admissibility and advise clients
  • Collect, verify, and process customs documentation
  • Maintain internal databases and manage workflow
  • Submit customs and government documentation (e-manifests, HTS classifications)
  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Support billing through data entry

Required Qualifications:

  • CCS designation and/or customs brokerage experience preferred
  • High attention to detail; strong communication and organizational skills
  • Computer savvy, proficient in Excel and document software
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
