Lead SD/OTC – S/4HANA Migration

Infosys is seeking SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).

Qualifications Basic

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Quebec, Montreal or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 6 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred skills

8+ years' experience in SAP SD
Proficiency in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module and related OTC processes.
Experience in CVI and ECC to S/4HANA Conversion is a must
Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, etc.)
S4HANA implementation/Interfaces development experience.
Experience in building interfaces with Third Party systems.
Knowledge of working on RICEFW objects
Analyze business requirements and configure SAP OTC modules (SD) to align with best practices and organizational needs, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to the OTC process, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to align OTC solutions with broader business objectives and requirements.
Expertise in outbound logistics execution and 3PL integration for shipping and customer returns
Capability to manage SAP SD module with MM (Inventory) integration to optimize supply chain processes
Familiarity with implementation of lifecycles and post-go-live support for SAP SD solutions
Knowledge in CRM is added advantage

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: CAD 95701 to CAD 110008

• Connaissance du travail sur les objets RICEFW.
• Analyser les besoins métier et configurer les modules SAP OTC (SD) pour s'aligner sur les meilleures pratiques et les besoins organisationnels, garantissant un traitement fluide des commandes et la satisfaction client.
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés au processus OTC, en collaborant avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour mettre en œuvre des solutions efficaces.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes fonctionnelles et techniques SAP, les analystes métier et les parties prenantes pour aligner les solutions OTC sur les objectifs et exigences globaux de l'entreprise.
• Expertise dans l'exécution logistique sortante et l'intégration 3PL pour l'expédition et les retours clients.
• Capacité à gérer le module SAP SD avec l'intégration MM (Inventaire) pour optimiser les processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
• Familiarité avec la mise en œuvre des cycles de vie et le support post-déploiement des solutions SAP SD.
• La connaissance de CRM est un atout supplémentaire.
• Le poste implique de rester assis et de travailler sur un ordinateur pendant de longues périodes. Il faut être capable de communiquer par téléphone, par courriel ou en personne. Des déplacements peuvent être requis selon les exigences du poste.
