Infosys is seeking SAP SD (Sales and Distribution). Qualifications Basic Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Quebec, Montreal or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 6 years of Information Technology experience. Preferred Skills 8+ years’ experience in SAP SD Proficiency in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module and related OTC processes. Experience in CVI and ECC to S/4HANA Conversion is a must Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, etc.) S4HANA implementation/Interfaces development experience. Experience in building interfaces with Third Party systems. Knowledge of working on RICEFW objects Knowledge in CRM is an added advantage Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and configure SAP OTC modules (SD) to align with best practices and organizational needs, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Diagnose and resolve issues related to the OTC process, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to align OTC solutions with broader business objectives and requirements. Expertise in outbound logistics execution and 3PL integration for shipping and customer returns. Capability to manage SAP SD module with MM (Inventory) integration to optimize supply chain processes.
