Toronto, Ontario, Canada MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership) Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Powered by Passion. United by Purpose. Build for Impact.

At Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE), we exist to deliver the ultimate fan experience by lifting trophies, spirits, and communities – united as one.

We're more than a workplace. We are a team of passionate people, boldly building the future of sport and entertainment, together. We believe in the power of play, the strength of collaboration, and the energy that comes from showing up with purpose.

From the ice to the pitch, the hardwood to the digital arena, we're proud to be the driving force behind the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL), the Toronto Raptors (NBA), Toronto FC (MLS), Toronto Argonauts (CFL) and development teams with the Toronto Marlies (AHL), Raptors 905 (NBA G League), Toronto FC II (MLS NEXT Pro League) and Raptors Uprising Gaming Club, the Toronto Raptors Esports franchise in the NBA 2K League.

We bring these teams – and world-class entertainment – to life at our iconic venues, including Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, Coca-Cola Coliseum, Ford Performance Centre, BMO Training Ground, and OVO Athletic Centre. Off the field, we serve up elevated dining at e11even, Real Sports, and our signature club spaces like Hot Stove Club, ScotiaClub, and Platinum Club.

Through MLSE Foundation and MLSE LaunchPad, we use the power of sport to help youth facing barriers reach their full potential. Since 2009, we've invested more than $45 million into Ontario communities -- and we're just getting started.

This is what it means to be One MLSE: a culture where everyone plays a role, everyone belongs, and everyone contributes to something bigger than themselves.

So, if you're ready to play with purpose, grow with passion, and win as one, we'd love to have you on our team.

** We know that great candidates come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Even if you do not meet every qualification listed, we encourage you to apply. Your unique perspective, transferable skills, and lived experience may be exactly what we're looking for. **

Job Description

Are you ready to bring energy, passion, and excitement to Toronto's biggest moments in sports and entertainment? As a member of the MLSE Activation Crew, you'll be at the heart of the action — creating unforgettable experiences for fans at Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto Argos, Toronto FC, and Toronto Marlies games, as well as at community and partner events across the city. You'll engage fans throughout the venue and activations, helping bring events to life with energy and enthusiasm.

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and outgoing team players who love connecting with people and thrive in high-energy environments. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being an active, engaged part of our team and helping make every event a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador for MLSE teams and partners, representing the spirit of our organization at each shift.

  • Be on the front lines for our MLSE teams and partners — welcoming fans with energy, enthusiasm, and a smile that sets the tone for an unforgettable experience.

  • Share key messages for our partners in a fun, professional way while keeping fans engaged and excited.

  • Distribute promotional giveaway items as fans enter and exit MLSE venues and events.

  • Assist with the placement of giveaways and items on seats prior to marquee games and promotional nights.

  • Bring events to life by helping with the execution of presentation, operational, and entertainment elements

  • Jump in wherever needed — from event set-ups and tear-downs to supporting partner activations off-site.

  • Be the go-to for fans, answering questions, helping them navigate venues, and making sure everyone leaves with a smile.

  • Follow all MLSE service standards and Health & Safety guidelines, keeping fans and teammates safe and happy.

  • Embrace the fast-paced, ever-changing world of sports and entertainment — no two shifts are the same

What You'll Bring

  • A passion for sports, live events, and creating unforgettable fan experiences.

  • A contagious personality — you know how to get a crowd excited

  • Experience (or interest) in marketing, events, or sport management.

  • Customer service or brand ambassador experience is an asset.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and playoff games.

  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.

  • A commitment to excellence and teamwork — and the consistency to support MLSE events throughout the year

  • Must be 18+ years old to apply for this position.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Be part of one of the most dynamic and recognized sports and entertainment organizations in North America.

  • Build connections across all MLSE teams and departments.

  • Get hands-on experience delivering world-class events and activations.

  • Work alongside people who share your passion for sports, entertainment, and fan engagement.
