We're looking for a highly organized and resourceful 
Production Coordinator + Junior Producer
 to join our commercial production team full-time.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage all stages of commercial production, from bidding and budgeting to wrap.
  • Coordinate pre-production logistics - crew bookings, vendor management, scheduling, immigration paperwork, and travel.
  • Handle all entry letters, tax waivers, and immigration documentation for U.S. and international talent and crew.
  • Manage
    crew holds and maintain accurate scheduling across active and pending jobs.
  • Maintain and distribute job reports to keep the team updated on all bidding and shooting projects.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, agencies, and production partners.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial production.
  • Strong grasp of production workflows, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Exceptional organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Experience handling cross-border paperwork and travel logistics a pro.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Adobe InDesign.
