Job Description:

Island Beach Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team. This position involves selecting items, packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for outgoing delivery. The successful candidate will be able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select and pick items accurately for customer orders
  • Pack orders and prepare shipments for dispatch
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable with good attendance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to accurately discern between colors

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced warehouse setting
  • On-your-feet position requiring physical activity

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
