**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate warehouse distribution equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks.
- Perform order picking using RF scanners to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Participate in training sessions for heavy equipment operation as needed.
- Follow guidelines of policy and procedures

**Skills**
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on shipping & receiving processes.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and orders.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, including cranes and forklifts.
- Strong understanding of materials handling techniques to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Knowledge of construction practices is a plus for certain roles within the warehouse environment.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
