We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting various warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and heavy equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and possess the skills necessary to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution, manufacturing, and logistics within a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
- Assist with order picking, packaging, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of products
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments and maintaining accurate records using warehouse management systems like AS400
- Load and unload materials safely using appropriate heavy equipment
- Support manufacturing processes by handling raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Skills
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts and order pickers
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking, packaging, and load & unload activities
- Minimun of 1 Year Experience in warehouse distribution, manufacturing, or construction environments is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including Forklifts and other industrial machinery
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and order accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining safety standards
This position is integral to ensuring smooth warehouse operations through efficient handling of materials and equipment. Candidates with a background in warehouse experience or related fields such as manufacturing or construction are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $17.85-$23.27 per hour
