Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. Currently have new construction projects on the go and are in need of experienced installers.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to execute installations accurately
  • Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, install, and secure products or systems on-site
  • Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for installation projects
  • Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or maintenance person roles preferred
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and blueprint reading skills
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately
  • Prior experience with caulking or sealing is a plus
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to work at various job sites as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
